B-Wing Marquee battles are not count towards quests

Mine are.  It was weird, at first, there were no ship quests, then they appeared and completed.  I got rewards.  Then the shards popped and I was able to level the ship which triggered the rest of the quests to load.  

it was really a strange way to load everything this time, but it worked.  

I ended up simming 20 fleet battles, wasted time but done.
