As of last week, Echo was so common in Chromium that you could 7* him with about 2 vaults worth of Chromiums (same as Aurodium). Not sure if that's changed with this update.
I barely got him to 5* with 2 vaults the day before yesterday. I really don't like the randomness not to mention it doesn't make sense to me because it is like when you went to McDonald, a Big Mac would cost you 5 dollars while it would cost other people 2 or 3 dollars and sometime when you paid 20 dollars, you couldn't even get a single Big Mac but 10 bags of potato chips instead. I think McDonald should adopt this sale strategy from developer and see if customers like it.
