B2 is fairly weak. He acts as a support player that is targeted only at reducing evade chances. It is very hard to find room in your five man squad for this. Sadly it may be necessary to reduce the variance - but I say that as a concession, over all I find him weak.
I would be interested in seeing him in a Phasma, Echo team or Anything that can proc off attack. Because this guy attacks a lot! The more chances to trigger off of attack and deliver something nasty the better B2 will become.
I'm not sold on him. Honestly feel like I wasted some serious coin.
