@Carth_Onassi1973 to be fair I am sure it took more than one day to produce this update.
There's no doubt that the development team put a lot of work into this update, definitely more than one day. What they didn't do it think about the consequences and actual impact to the game and community and as usual, no actual pre-testing. There are so many things needed to be fixed in this game like characters that are actually broken and don't work, characters that need to be re-tooled like JKA did that they have enough to work on and add value to this game. Why couldn't they just add the Grievous raid, improve GW, fix and re-tool some of the other characters and call it a day. This was not needed.
You are thinking with your heart ( like most of us), but u should think with your head.
We know, tired of knowing, that usually updates came with a lot of bugs. But this mod is not the case. Maybe a glitch here and there, but is fully working. Do u really believe devs didn't thought that upgrading 300% speed, health or damage would be "bad"?!
Again bro, everyone is beeing naive. It's one of the biggest software company in the planet. Every step is carefully studied towards to grabing more money. They knew exactally what's going to happen. New SW game is coming soon, like EA does with every other game they produce, a new every yerar. This is just the final cash run.
I wasn't referring to bugs from this update, but other existing issues.
I'm not naive, I work in corporate marketing for the largest casino gaming corporation in the world so I get the business aspects. It is all about the bottom line and making your investors happy, but you need consistent customers to make that money. My experience also tells me that you must listen to your customers or you will fail. We take our customer feedback very seriously, especially the negative, and make decisions accordingly. There is an entire team allocated that spends 100% of their time reviewing customer feedback, evaluating it, and make suggestions for action to the appropriate leaders in our company. We may not listen to everything but when there is a seemingly large population that is unhappy about the same issue, we give it a serious look. I think there are some things EA does well but overall I think they've made some major mistakes with this game. Look at how many good mobile games have lasted for years. Do you see this game being around this time next year?
