If this is all accurate, it sounds like you need to sit down and have a chat with your brother about his behavior. The account cheated from its regular devices. CG can not verify that it was you or a family member of yours. Because it wasn't stolen and because it was found to have cheated, the account deserves to be banned.

You could have spent the gear on the prereq toons to avoid getting caught as a cheater and to erase some of the advantage "your brother" garnered for you. But you didn't, so it seems you have enjoyed your ill-gotten advantage.

There have been multiple GC's that required Ewoks. None of those stirred up any memories? You just accepted a crate below level 9 rather than gear them up to 10/11?

Since you are a newer player, you are likely in a guild of newer players. Based on these forums and reddit, newer players are always whining about 3PO and asking if they are ready.

Maybe you did miss all these signs, but that still isn't relevant to your account being banned.

Based on the recent influx of forum messages, they are (finally) starting to track some of these folks down. I also hope they crack down harder on arena cheats.

You have used 3po without him being properly earned. So you did not reach this lvl by yourself without any cheating stuff. Again, all you had to do, 1.5 years ago when you realized 3po was gotten via cheating, was geared up the Ewoks to G11 and dropped a zeta on Chirpa. Then no one would have ever known and you would have made an honest attempt to make things right.

I love it. I feel like the recent cheater bans are generating so much good will (at least from me) towards CG. Not only because they CG is acting to make the game fair for people to play, but we also get these hilarious cheater threads to entertain us. Bonus!
