There’s a message tray icon, probably on the lower left of your screen. Click that and then ‘new message’ and address it to CG_Leviathan.

If you let the forum mod @Ultra know once you’ve sent your appeal, they are normally pretty good at helping you chase it up - if as you say, and on the honour of a Hussar, you haven’t done anything to warrant a ban.
