That's unfortunate, but it has happened to some others too. Just keep appealing/messaging support, and they will very likely resolve the case within like a week max. From what I've read so far, almost everyone got unbanned for this.
It's mind-boggling that this is still happening. Not a word about this in their "key QOL updates" about Eras.
