Sorry - I can’t accept that you were able to legitimately clear t11 of any coliseum boss with your era roster.
Doesn't it show the loaned units I used in colosseum? Returning players like me get multiple around 15-20 probably characters 110 or 109 levelled loaned characters like CLS, JNL, Piett, Fennec making 3-4 teams. I found most success with the CLS team the one unit that's low levelled dies in like 3 hits but the other members survive for a long time. Can't you check that? By using them?
If it's still not possible with all that how is that my fault? But not the game's? How else can a player like me prove my innocence? Somehow there's no trace of foul play except here in one random occurrence? It's so unfair.
All your loaned units are at the same level. You seem to be suggesting some of them were higher than others, which just isn’t possible or how the game mode works.
I had my own units - including Darth JarJar - at a much higher level than yours, and was nowhere near completing t11 until I got some of my own units to level 115, at which point I could do it, just. The loaned units never hung around for more than a couple of turns though.
I am on t12 with the Krayt Dragon, but just ran CLS, Han, Chewy, Chewpio (loaned units at 107) and Scuba Luke (5*, 101) to see what happened. All 5 units were dead on the second hit. Now, t12 is obviously harder than t11, but you won’t be able to convince me that level 110 loaned units would be able to make any kind of dent in t11.
I beat t11 100% on dryax, zeffos and jotaz didn't get banned or knocked or warned or anything. Only when I tried to attempt a t12 run on dryax I got banned as soon as I got a 30k+ score.

You realize none of us are EA or CG employees, right? We’re players. We cannot see your history or account except what’s available on SWGOH.GG. And you would need to share your ally code for us to see your account or offer advice. But again, we’re all just players. EA/CG will never respond to questions here or on any format (discord, other platform) other than in Bug Reports and the occasional interaction with the community spokesman.
I have to agree that getting into T12 with any Era Level toon below 110 is nearly impossible. Not saying it can’t happen, but you’re fighting a spread sheet. If X then Y, if X does not exist then no Z. Using anything other than SWGoH with additional addons is risky and you do so at your own game peril.
I have asked around on Reddit and they've told me there's been people that have been banned from colosseum like this, and that reaching that's possible and told me to converse with people here it's the only option or get someone official.
