Barriss Offee Rework Idea

Barriss Offee
Light Side, Jedi, Galactic Republic, Healer
Galactic Republic Healer that can equalize health, Dispel allies Frequently and leaves no allies behind.


Invigorating Strike (Basic)
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and gain Health Up (25%) for 2 turns. Then, all allies recover Health equal to 6% of Barriss Offee’s Max Health. If Barriss already has Health Up, deal bonus damage equal to 6% of Barriss Offee’s Max Health.

Force Healer (Special) (Cooldown: 3 turns)
All allies have their current Health Percentages Equalized. Then, all allies recover 20% Health and gain Defence Up for 2 turns. Galactic Republic allies also gain Health Up (25%) and Protection Up (25%) for 2 turns.

No One Left Behind (Special) (Cooldown: 5 turns)
Revive a Random Defeated Galactic Republic ally at 50% Health and Turn Meter. Then, all allies Recover 50% Protection and gain Protection Up (50%) for 2 turns. This ability starts on cooldown and has it’s cooldown reduced by 1 whenever a Galactic Republic ally is defeated.

Swift Recovery (Unique, Zeta)
At the end of her turn, Barriss Dispels all debuffs on the debuffed ally with the lowest Health. For each debuff Dispelled, Barriss gains +15 Speed (stacking) for 2 turns and, if that ally was Galactic Republic, they gain Protection Up (10%, Stacking) for 1 turn. Whenever an ally is Critically Hit, that ally Recovers 20% of their Max Health and Barriss gains +15 Speed (stacking) for 1 turn.

    How much health up? There are characters with 15% like RG, and 30% like CWC.

    I like this ability.

    Considering how annoying Jolee is to face, I’m not sure how I feel about another mass reviver. Maybe lower the amount of health they are revived with to 10%, since they recover another 40% anyway.

    (Zeta) Whenever an ally is Critically Hit, that ally Recovers 20% of their Max Health. Barriss Offee’s Turn Meter gain effects can’t be Prevented.
    I don’t see any problems with this, it looks the same except for the part that says TM gains can’t be prevented.

    This looks like a pretty balanced rework, although quite a lot of healing. Nice job!

    I thought the default amount was 25%. But what do you think is a fair amount?

    Unlike Jolee this one starts on cooldown and Barriss doesn't have a very easy cooldown reduction. So this isn't nearly as powerful as that one. I was thinking of doing 10% on revive and all other things 50%. But I'll keep thinking about it.

    This ability from barriss was actually already pretty good. Just thought to add a little extra due to HK-47's new turn meter gain prevention.

  • I've updated my Barriss rework idea. Replaced the mass revive with a single revive and added Protection Up and other synergys with Padmé. As always, tell me what you think.
