Yoda isn't there for damage. He's there to provide support buffs, primarily Tenacity Up and Foresight, for the team and drop the occasional stun. If you feel you don't need that, Asohka wouldn't be a terrible choice as a replacement.

I've had good luck adding Plo Koon against taunters.

Exactly! I swap JKA with Barriss or Lumi occasionally depending on circumstances. In the future I would assume that QGJ takes the lead with the new Zeta ability. Then you can exchange IGD with someone else.

One more thing: I you don't get to stun your opponent's STHan with a fast Aayla (or JKA buff block), the constant counters will give all enemy toons tons of TM...

Yeah this is why atm (excluding kenobi) an all jedi team just doesn't work too well. I mean you could try adding plo in there, but I feel like there would be better options.
