Health mods, top to bottom with speed secondaries and crit avoidance on the arrow. Run him at 170 so he kicks in after the initial flurry, Rex lead. At Gear XI and 5* he's just under 98k eHP. Didn't focus on offence / potency etc as his job is to take it and get immunity up.
