To repeat, most of the people asking (both on this post and the others) don't need (OR WANT) the entire transcript. There is an in-game pop-up, it should provide the talking points an relevant details - the bad jokes, the thoughts and aspirations of devs, and random video quips attempting to be funny but just taking up more time... aside.
No transcript, no journal.
Just 5-10 lines, a link to the video, and that's all. It's great the community is picking up the slack, it really is, but it should be on the business to provide this, not the customers. Hearing impaired/ADA compliance aside - I personally don't have the 30-90 minutes for any of that....
It's a lot like raid rewards and TW-tie fix... a little more communication....
Players want to get this little extra pile of sand to work with... devs come in with a slab of granite "HEEEERRRRREEE!!!!!!!" and we're like, no... no no no, small, sand, tiny fix... not this looming catastrophe that is inevitably going to topple over on top of us...
