Biggs shards

I'm trying to find Biggs shards... anyone know where to find them? On a serious note... why don't they replace a few of the regular Biggs drops To Bardeen to farm or newer characters?

He's in Galactic War shipments, as well as in a Cantina node. If you go to the Biggs character and click 'Find' under the shards section it will show you which node (3-G for reference). He's also in Dark Side Hard mission 4-A
