Why doesn't it taunt everytime a teammate inflicts target lock?

Hey, i meant that when Biggs crits he is also supposed to cause target lock which in turn should give him protection. Half the time neither of those things happen even if it was a critical hit. Sorry i wasnt very clear in the previous post.
Target lock can be resisted. There are definitely bugs with the taunt not triggering (most often, I've noticed, when a reinforcement under Ackbar inflicts target lock) but this may not be one.

His taunt is a passive ability, passives aren't blocked by ability block. You want buff immunity to cancel this.
