Biotech salvage shortage
Never thought this would happen but it did. Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea for them to remove them from raids. 15-20 every 3 days from challenges isn’t exactly a great way to stock pile these things...

And yeah I don’t throw these on anyone for the sake of using them. I did years ago....until I realized how valuable they were (If i don’t need it now, I will sometime).
This was basically my point. You don’t naturally earn enough prototypes to keep up with the salvage. If you’re buying lots of prototypes to gear more quickly then you need to consider buying both prototypes and salvage.
It would be the same as buying lots of stun gun salvage without buying any carbantis and then saying that carbantis are in short supply.
