The *Rare* ships tend to go in waves. I am trying to level Rex's and for a while one was available in every shipment. Then for a few days it was Scimitar. Now i'm seeing rex again.
Pretty much any ship that does not show up in GW shop is considered rare and does not show up more than 1 or 2 at a refresh. Poe, Rex, Slave 1, Genosian Spy, U-wing, and Scimitar fall under these categories it would seem. (Possibly Umbarin fighter but I cant remember)
