Blatant cheater

Question

The player of this guild has been blatantly cheating in territory wars and GAC. My guild fought them a while back and mass reported them to no avail. It seems like the clan is very in on it as this player is an officer so they definitely deserve some repercussions

Hopefully this issue can be dealt with
