Jango is a foundling. I don't know if kids of foundlings are mandalorians automatically, but Boba is not Jango's child. He is his clone. So Boba is no more a mandalorian than Rex, Cody or Omega.
Boba was actually raised by Jango as his son, and was taught Mandalorian customs and culture. Boba is his son, whether he's a Clone or not. Clone Troopers aren't Mandalorian, but I'd argue Boba is
