Jango is a foundling. I don't know if kids of foundlings are mandalorians automatically, but Boba is not Jango's child. He is his clone. So Boba is no more a mandalorian than Rex, Cody or Omega.
Boba was actually raised by Jango as his son, and was taught Mandalorian customs and culture.
Is that canon though? Jango obvious taught Boba how to fight and stuff, but I don't know if he raised Boba in Mandalorian culture
He did in the comics, but I'm not sure if that run is canon or not anymore. And I feel he was acting the way he did towards Bo Katan because she disrespected his father and heritage so he could care less if she thinks he's Mandalorian or not. There's a pretty good video about that scene which breaks it down if any of you want a link let me know.
