Bomb team

im curious about thermal Det, is there dmg based on who threw them or who explodes them? does gear lvl effect there dmg output?

I think when Zam detonates a TD the damage is red and not white like expose, so i think it may not be % health. Otherwise putting one on Baze is more dangerous than one in TFP?!
