Bossk Drop Rate Problems

I just received 9 shards in 10 sims. Can the Devs PLEASE look into this drop rate. I think it may be bugged or maybe the Devs just don't know what they're doing and how it affects their player base...

I had an 0 for 30 run with death trooper. That was kittening kittens with some puppies thrown in. And a gerbil for a snack.
