Bought episode pass, was charged 3 times.
As the Title says, did i buy the episode pass, was charged twice, contacted EA ingame help, they told me you cant refund “packs“ you bought twice
- i didnt buy it twice, just once but was charged twice
- contacted EA help, told me you cannot refund packs you “bought“ twice, which i didnt, besides that you can only buy the episode once, not 2 timed!
- 3. contacted another EA help, on the direct site, told me to contact EA ingame help, which i did but obviously they dont know what they are doing.
- to be honest, i start to get pissed it feels like i get scammed or pretty much stolen of my money, why should i pay something 2 times when i did order it infact 1 time, as mentioned previously, you can only buy the Standard episode pass 1 time, but they dont seem to understand that or try to do their work.
- I would like to ask you that someone looks into this issue, because obviously there isnt something right, i didnt even get a compensation
