No, and they have stated multiple times they have no plans to add this. Your best bet is to use an emulator and an auto-clicker. If you use iOS you can try to monkey with the adaptive clicking thing, but I could never get it to work.

I bet if you searched you'd find 50+ pages of the Sam's exact question and answer.

oh ok . that sucks. i hate playing on application player on computer. i just enjoyed this game on mobile and i just hate the single buying for this bronzium card. they could have done at least by 10s and that would be great

Yeah, it’s a bummer they won’t do that, but good news is they sometimes have good gear or omegas you can buy with 50k bronzium points which will really help.
They’ve mentioned before that they are going to continue to find ways to help people get rid of them quicker.

Which are a horrible deal and you're better off converting ally points into shard shop currency and buy all the useful gear there.
