Why can we not get a QoL update where we can multi-buy bronzium packs?

We've been begging for a multipack option for forever. The answer is always either they don't want to deal with tickets from people over spending or they are working on a new feature that will use them. Problem is the first feature to use them was tournaments that went bust cuz of rampant cheating. And the only current use is one of two items in the weekly shipment. None of which justice denying a feature such a large portion of players want.

Right, pulling bronziums is such invigorating gameplay!- Aside from shard shop currency which is near invaluable, Bronziums give tons of useless gear which won't be so useless anymore with relics inbound. CG won't fool me, I'm opening my damn Bronziums lol.
