Buffer time for joining new guild before TB?

Rewards you need to wait to collect them Lots of guilds that have mercs will kick people like right after the tb and it results in them not getting rewards.
Unfortunatly I am unsure the time requirement if there is one I definitly wouldnt cut it to close as the game clock and your may be off a buit

I responded as I was looking for for a guildmate who won a lsb bundle and had to temp leave the guild. I was attempting to avoid him missing out on raid rewards.
