can I get a clarification please?
Can a dev please confirm that a speed primary mod CAN NOT roll a speed secondary? IE: 30 speed primary stat with a 12 speed secondary

I went through about 250 mods. The Set % is separate -- it has nothing to do with what's on any one mod.
I didn't see any instance where the Primary also showed up in the secondary. I saw a health % or Offense % in the primary and then a flat +x health or +x Offense in the secondary, but did not see the percentage duplicate.
My sample size is small.I've seen pics people have posted, but that's really easy stuff to Photoshop, so IDK.
