Can I start an Endor Raid Tomorrow with KDH running?

I know cg has said only 1 raid at a time, but since 1: they’re letting us keep rewards from raids launched today, and 2: they just dropped the raid on us randomly, wonder if they’ll make an exception ...

I mean as winter wolves said no one can launch cause of the higher ticket cost… they’ll have to do something
