Can we replace the Operation quest

In the episode quest section it's extremely annoying for guild officers to have to work around. It's beneficial for them to be filled fast, but I also don't want  to hinder people from getting points for the episode track it's especially problematic for people who don't pay for the episode pass as they can't hit the 8k pts from the week reward with out completing all of these quests. 

players don't all play at the same time I should not have to worry about this when planning out my guilds goals. There shouldn't be punishment for people doing the right thing by filling this stuff fast.
