Can we stop pushing updates on GAC attack phase?

You could always wait until after the update to attack. The update came only about half an hour after the attack phase started.

Also, I was in the middle of a battle when it dropped and the update hit after my battle finished and I got credit for my win.

Which is all well and good waiting for the update, but that doesn't exclude the random fix updates that get pushed out because of yet again, another bug

So what you're saying is, you only want them to fix or update anything at all, ever, during the off week for GA? What about TB and TW? Conquest? Always something going on.

During phases like, I dunno, set up? When no events are happing...not during offence phases where a crash, could cost a person/guild a win

Well, the original notification went out such that the update would have been before attack. Clearly something happened and it got pushed. Should they have waited a full 24 hours and do it today instead? Would this then not make the first round not as fair as the 2nd/3rd in this instance?

Honestly, not real sure why it matters to people so much. Not like it kills your attacks anymore like it used to.

I actually lost for the first time ever with Wampa vs MM. Pretty sure it was just relics and mods. It was a really well modded MM team.

If they were as predictable as Microsoft's patch Tuesday then we could probably deal with it. Sometimes we get a pop-up alerting a patch or restart, sometimes we don't. Sometimes patch notes are posted before, often they are not.

If you really want to know when updates are coming, go sit on the Events Discord server. Even if, for some reason, you don't get the pop-up, someone there will. Plus we usually see assets before the update.

Also, in the history of the game, update notes have been posted prior to an update like twice.

They are pretty predictable.
Every other Wednesday adds new bugs to the game.

wednesdays around 3:15 mountain time is when the patches have been dropping for me. its been fairly consistent for a long time.
most of the time i get a popup, but if there's other popups it can get delayed showing up. i tend to avoid trying to have to play for several hours around this time every wednesday in case of patches that come through.

You would not have to be awaire or careful at all, if CG stop this habit to aply updates during GAC attack phase.
I think GAC attack days are the most important periods in this game. There are 3x3 days such in a month. Leave it alone pls!
