Can we turn AI advantage down a bit?

Had a battle, used a skill that had 3 people attack one character. Enemy dodged every attack. Enemy has 1% dodge rate.
Used aoe with 60% chance to crit on 5 people. 0 crits. Can't use ability again till cooldown.
pvp rng is the worst most of the time. Some times I'll win a match because I know all the counters and then I'll lose a match to rng because everyone dodged, everyone crit, everyone missed etc. Lost 4/5 pvp battles today in what should have been some of the easiest battles I could have done. Easy one shots on the enemy, but nope rng says no.
