Can't acess to the online store.

It's been a while now that I haven't been able to connect to the online store of swgoh. I've tried changing passwords and double checking my email but nothing. I have even live-chatted with support on the EA page but somtimes they think its related to the EA account itself, when I clarify to them they say they have no information on how to fix it but writing here. So hello! Lol
I had been able to get into the store a while ago, then one day I just couldn't. After that I wasn't receiveing the codes to verify my account, then I did receive them but it's said there was an error and to try again. And it's been the same even since. I don't know what to do and I've been missing on good rewards due to this error. I've tried in multiple different devices, including laptop, PC and phone. EA please help me lol.

I've seen other posts with the same issue but didn't see a response on EA's side. Or an update on the situation of the other guys. Ideas??
