Can't call last reinforcement

I think I must have missed something about using the Executor's Something Special Planned: once it is used, I can't call any more reinforcements.
I've only just noticed for sure in the GC because normally you don't need any more reinforcements after destroying the opponent's capital ship.
Possibly the Raddus does the same, but mine rarely gets used for me to find out.
What have I missed (and where)?

    do you have a picture?
    did you have reinforcements too call? or did you have 5 units and just couldn't tell? and lastly could be a event modifier

    I've tried some more times and you are probably right that I didn't track that I'd called them all. I just don't remember calling in the Falcon.

    maybe it died right away so you didn't see it. lol
