Caustic Recourance

So looking ahead…the Noxious Fumes global feat says you need the Caustic Recourance disk from completing the I Will Protect You feat. But the feat shows no disk reward. And it shows as 15 points where...

I have this issue. Just completed the "I will protect you" feat and did not receive the CR disc.
