CG fix TW

They are not too busy.  It’s planned.  Read below and it will be apparent.  Frankly these guilds that do this **bleep** lack integrity and honor.  Don’t give me this **bleep** that people are too busy.  I’m just as busy as everyone else and I still sign up for every TW.   Nobody is going to convince me that it’s not deliberate and until it’s fixed.  I will report every Guild that I suspect or one of my council masters suspects.  Read on and you will see.  
just doing basic math. 4x tw a month.  Top tier rewards include aeros and droid brains.  If you win you get 3 aeros and 5 droids.  If ypu lose, you get 1 and 1.  So sandbagging guilds can reduce gp enough to face lower comp but still remain in top tier.  If they were to actually fight fair and lose all 4, it would only reward 4 aeros and 4 brains a month. Or 12 and 12 a quarter. However, if you sit 1/3 of your guild each tw, and win all 4, or all 12 on a 3 month cycle, that would be 36 aeros and 60 brains a quarter.  Subtracting a 1/3 because you are sitting a 1/3 of the battles, that is 24 aeros and 40 brains for sandbagging vs 12 aeros and 12 brains fighting full guild and losing.  Thats not counting any other rewards.  It pays to sandbag.
