I disagree (with exception to colisium but that’s a new direction even those who spend dislike), but that’s another label easy to hide behind when you do not reflect well on why you lose to improve. It’s not how much someone spends to whether they win or advance in a game mode. But how they focus their roster and how much depth it has. Years of play easily gives both, spending merely catches players up faster. But this often is at the cost of poorer mod development as they unlock characters faster. Proof of this is how easy it is to take apart a roster which has been predominantly built from LSB’s if you have been playing for years longer at a slower rate.
