I think you may be right, last time some said it is the processor used by Samsung now that I think about it.

I use a Samsung and the game is absolutely intolerable with Tuskens. Against GG it would let my characters move (even when I used Tusken Warrior to give everyone Momentum) but every single enemy move it just stopped for at least 5 seconds, sometimes as long as 13 or 14.

Well good news is. I found my tuskens can beat a clone team in S1 and the bug doesn't happen there, maybe not enough AoE's
