I don't think there is any tm preload in conquest, just very high speed. Use han. Look, everyone who doesn't get a bonus turn on the enemy team is on zero tm. That's how you can tell. Now for an example of tm preload, do smugglers run with Han. Look at tm during his bonus turn in the third encounter. That is what preload tm looks like.
