Challenge cooldown reduction
CG, thank you for reducing the challenge cooldown to 5 seconds. I apparently skipped over that gem in the release notes, but it is greatly appreciated.

- I do like this new QOL feature.
- I just wish the programmer who made the change slipped a minor adjustment in from MkIV stun guns to MkV stun guns
- Now if we could just buy 10 bronzian cards at a time rather than the very time consuming processof buying one at a time, wed b good....;)
- I came back to the game and Im happy to see this. Except its not for everyone. I found out that my friends still have 10 minutes. Did they only make the change for max level?
