Change hyperdrive bundle raid feats?

Now that the raid system only allows a single raid can the hyperdrive bundle raid feats be changed? I have been stuck forever on the "Priority Targeting" feat to destroy the AAT's turret 10 times although my guild has never done the tank raid off sim since I purchased the bundle. And now we will never run the tank raid ever again as it is a legacy raid.
