change in crystal payouts

the change in payouts could have been better timed. i was getting 500 a day for climbing to #1 in squad arena but this new arrangement has me pulling in 240. i'm also not confident i can get back to that level of income due to my sucky roster. i have almost 7.2m GP and only one GL (JMK), and 4* executor. i did manage to hoard up the crystals to get executor to 7* but i feel like after i spend those on it my income is going to be so bad that my ability to develop my roster is going to much more slowly than i'm used to. if anything was ever going to make me want to quit it's going to be this. i still don't understand the new payout system. i'm starting out in kyber 2, whatever that is.

can someone please help me understand what i have to be able to do to get back to 500 a day not counting fleet arena?

    500 a day if you were taking first everyday- which with one gl you prob just started taking first btw. You need to maintain kyber 5 (the lowest tier in kyber) to make up the crystals for taking first everyday. If you shared a payout I believe (going off the graphs they gave us) aurodium1 will be about equal . If you can climb higher than kyber 5 you should be making more crystals than if you were taking first everyday.

    How I interpreted the graphs they released. It does suck to only get 260 a day while gac isn’t in progress as a lot of people used that arena payout to fund their refreshes

    You are an example of a player that was always going to be worse off by the change. Your roster is far too narrow with 1 GL at 7 2 million GP.

    He has only one GL a before that was meta another GLs so I can imagine at least one before he completed farm of his first GL he never could hit 500a day spot al least for year and mostly hit top 100 if that. he was lucky until this point so he chose right one. There are many which done otherwise and suffered until this change
