No, it does not, because we should look at it as an absolute worst case. Again, this is not a problem that players should be expected to deal with after having finished Tat OPs. Players have put in the work. That work should not be invalidated. The devs should not arbitrarily remove player/guild progress after 12 months.
Currently every single one of our guilds that was mentioned who was able to complete it is now incapable. Two, maybe three, will be ready by this upcoming TB. The others will not be able to complete OPs this time.
