Special 1: Naval Training (Cooldown: 3)
Call all New Republic and Spectre allies to assist, dealing 75% less damage. Each ally gains benefits based on their role:
- Attacker: Critical Chance Up for 2 turns
- Support or Healer: Tenacity Up for 2 turns
- Tanks: Damage Reduction Up for 2 turns
Special 2: Karabast (Cooldown: 4)
Naval Commander Zeb gains 3 stacks of Resilient Defense. All New Republic and Spectre allies gain 10% Turn Meter and Potency Up for 2 turns. In addition, Empire and Imperial Remnant enemies lose 10% Turn Meter.

Naval Commander Zeb gains 40% Bonus Protection for each active Spectre or New Republic ally. If Naval Commander Zeb is present, General Syndulla can't be defeated, and Naval Commander Zeb has Perfect Defense until the end of the encounter. At the start of battle, Naval Commander Zeb Taunts for 2 turns.
