I agree that the Traya changes aren't too noticeable but they are significant once you're trying to run Chex Mix or Greedo teams from what I've researched. Her sabres no longer debuff your team or inflict buffs of any kind. They just get their random ones and that's it.
It's far less of an RNG fest when you're running the best HSTR teams in that phase.
