Clarity on matchups within GAC Bracket

I know that the primary is a simple binary system. Eight players, matches are between players with the same record. So second round there are four 1-0 and four 0-1 players; third round has two 2-0 players, two 0-2 players, and four 1-1 players. Rewards are for top (3-0), bottom (0-3), three advantage (2-1) and three disadvantage (1-2).
But I assume you want whatever is used as the tie-breaker, essentially how your opponent is selected in each of the groups where there are more than two members.
