That's what I figured they'd be. I love how they reward people for living in the local LA area. Very fair
Anyone can go. Don't be salty. They did the same for people who went to SW Celebration in Orlando.
Oh yeah, it's totally easy for me in Australia to go... or someone in Asia...or Europe...anywhere that isn't the US...it wouldn't be an issue but my shard could be full of people who just got $100 worth of stuff for free ($160 for me with a $30 markup over the current exchange rate because Australia tax), just because of geography. I'll continue being salty thanks
Or me, in Brazil...- Changing more descriptions...
- It works both ways hopefully, a Dev can come to uk and explain their actions and I will give them a $100
- Kyees11New SpectatorOverall it is frustrating when some players get benefits others don't - such as this, or platform exclusives like the K-2SO event. It divides the player base and creates greater disparity between players who are forced, in major areas of the game, to compete against each other. That being said - nothing in this world is equal - or fair. Life is not fair. People will always get things that others don't. It's not fair that my guild mate gets a full droid caller ranking 28th in Pit while I get challenge gear salvage ranking 11th - or that one of us gets 8 stun cuffs when simming 15 missions and the other gets 2.
Overall those of us who got nothing (me included) didn't lose anything. We aren't entitled to anything. The players who were fortunate enough to be able to go - lucky for them. That's how life works sometimes.
Again - this isn't from the standpoint of one of the lucky few. I didn't go to EA play. I got no crystals / shards. I have a total of 136 crystals in my account, which will be spent shortly when I do a cantina refresh. I just don't feel that it's my right to feel entitled to something just because someone else got it. - Understand the 16000 crystals but Sabine shards should have been for everyone.

Lol, whole guild gets 16k crystals and Sabine shards because one person attended the event. Is that WAI I wonder."djvita;c-1131500" wrote:

I didn't get it either. Somehow I'll have to summon the strength to soldier on in life. Boohoo. Woe is me. Oh wait. I haven't lost anything, and I don't care someone else got a gift. Good for them. Moving on."HorishBathens;c-1131659" wrote:

I Totally agree. I live in the L.A. area. I don't feel cheated cuz I didn't spend the money to buy tickets to get part of the cost "refunded" in the form of virtual currency.
Those who went and visited the ea/swgoh booth, I'm glad they got rewarded for their efforts.
