Changing the timing of only 1 phase will create more confusion than increase the speed of the TB. Either change the duration of all phases, or do not change at all.

Also, do you know that there are players and guilds outside yours one? There are weak players and guilds that maybe need time to do the first phase.

Some guilds take up to 24 hours for everybody to log in. Not everybody is a die hard swgoh gamer.
Either change all phase timers (which they did), or none. Granted I’m in a guild that finishes this phase within minutes; but think out side the box :)

If changing one phase confuses people then we better not LOL completing platoons,doing missions and deploying in the 1st phase only takes 4 hours max (time difference) between the whole guild. Its about 30 minutes game play for each player

They are in the wrong time zoned guild then or very inactive

No i don’t but the other phases take a little longer and takes a little more strategy

I have players from all time zones in my guild, and most have a daytime job as well, so the 24hr period is not bad for us. However, if you achieve all stars, then next section should be unlocked early, but you will still have the same amount of time to complete each section. If you finish early for the whole TB, then you wait until the normal 24hr per phase ends per phase and wait until the next TB starts.

It’d be really cool if the event ran for X days and an officer could transition the phases.

Or they are an active guild with global members. My guild has many players in US, Europe, and Asia. It hasn't hurt us in TB so far.
