Coliseum Progress Halted With Release of Cinta

Someone seriously screwed up big time with coliseum because now it is literally impossible to progress even 1% more with the release of Cinta. Now everyone on the team gets 1 shot before their first turn.
I'm doing so much worse with her on the team. Taking her off the team is not much better but progress cannot be made with an undermanned team.
My character levels all went UP since before I unlocked Cinta. I should be getting more points and my team should NOT be dying in one hit now that their levels have all increased. Emphasis on the fact that I increase ALL my levels evenly therefore the team should not be dying in one hit!
