Shard chats are an important tool many users use to eliminate the stress involved in the PO times. I held the top spot at my payout for the longest until it started getting busy. Then after about a week or 2 of sitting by the phone 30 minutes before payout fighting back and forth just got old quick. So I sent him a message and now we just rotate. It makes payouts so much better and I simply wouldn't be involved in arena if they did half the things you want. Keep in mind, this isn't PVP, it's players versus CG. ;)
