Hey y'all.
What team do you folks use to beat T8 Zeffo Guardians? I can't seem to do it, stuck at 99% or maybe this is just another blunder by CG, last Guardian takes 1 damage and when you get the armor things off it's still not much better. Impossible to kill with Era lv85 units.
What teams have you tried?
Embo, Cad, Zeb, Greedo and Drogan worked for me when I had Lv85 characters
Zeb, not Teva? I run that setup but can’t seem to push it far enough. Any other tips for strategy?
Tried it. Hit the -1 damage cap at 96%, so I’m not sure what you mean.
How do you finish the contract? It's needed to damage enemies without buff and the shield thingy counts as a buff, hats off to you, I don't know how you did it.
I just did the usual - spread the damage around, make sure Drogan gives his buff to your damage dealers first. I picked Zeb for his tankyness. Plus he dodges a lot and inflicts Accuracy down which gives you a bit longer to take them down.
When I cleared t8 I remember going all in on a guardian that was low on health, trying to take it out before it got a chance to damage me.
well, I guess we have to kill 2 of them at same time. this boss should be removed and reworked since as it is, it's awful. absolute frustration.
I focus one down hard, putting the stratagem on Cad for the double tap. Going all out on one at a time helps contract progress instead of trying to spread damage while using some of the AOEs and relying on counterattacks to keep the stacks of the other two down until I get to them.
I usually work Keen Stratagem on the hunters first to capitalise on their damage from contract payout. Cad > Embo > Greedo
I usually get down to one. Though there’s something odd I’ve noticed I intend to make a post about and ask for a second opinion from the general community.
I can't believe that finally worked, 3rd try with this team and last of 5 attempts. I just gone ham on side and left one in the middle for last, I do believe BAM is the key
It’s worse at tier 10. Less than era level 110 and the ZTG will kill the team when you hit 30% and they seem to have speed that allows them to take multiple turns ahead of your team. Counter attacks are broken when they punch, not everyone counters with a Teva lead like they’re supposed to if not dazed or stunned.
I do believe that is a bug they need to fix and it sometimes triggers but mostly it doesn't, even when you have full team new republic.
