It's extremely frustrating, and CG's silence on the matter is compounding it. Did they decide some of the affected players should get compensation and not others? Did they fail to identify all of the affected players? Is there something else at play?
I gave money to CG, un/reinstalled based on customer service suggesting that I do so, and as a result was unable to play for 48ish hours, missing a bunch of rewards/events/etc. It seems pretty clear-cut to me, and yet I have not received the compensation CG explicitly promised. I think it's pretty reasonable to tell us what's going on.
